6 Reasons Why Owning Synthetic Turf became the Best Decision of your Life

In the age of smartphones, internet and other tech devices, man has paved way in improving the lifestyle and day to day tasks to automated actions. Such innovations have taken part with gardening as well. Inventions like an application where it helps keep track of your plant’s growth, a device that detects soil moisture, or even a self powered clock that runs by a plant’s life makes clear statements that there’s movement in modernity and that modern problems need modern solutions.

Gardening can be fun and therapeutic but it can also be tiring. It consumes a lot of time that can be taken up for other important tasks. But if you ignore the maintenance of your yard, it could bring problems like impaired vision, health risks and an unpleasant impression of your home.

This can be solved by owning a synthetic turf. Although its fake, currently synthetic grass has been made more realistic and even feels realistic by the help of modern technology. Apart from that, here are the reasons why you should have it for your home:

1. Low maintenance

With grass that’s not alive, you don’t have to water, mow or feed it with compost every cycle. It will maintain its original shape for years and years as it will also not grow. Even if it gets contact with dirt, it’s just one wash away from being itself again.

2. Stays green all year round

Seasons may change but not this grass. It will still look lusciously green without worrying about sunlight damage or overwatering. A beautiful gradient that will keep your house looking fresh, clean and snappy.

3. You can choose your own textures

If you intend to grow a specific type of grass but needs extra attention with care and a specific climate to grow on, such plan may not succeed with growing real grass. But with a synthetic turf, you can get that dream plain grassland of yours in an instant. Stays its original look of beauty through time.

4. Less likely to invite bacteria and other small insects or animals

Grass is known for one of the greatest snacks a caterpillar, rabbits, squirrels and all the other grazers. Could be a great home for ants, ladybugs and other insects. As well as a wonderful playground or bed for your pet. Some of these creatures could be uninvited for your lovely home and could bring sickness or bites that you would avoid. So it's also a healthy factor to have synthetic grass to ward off such critters.

5. More time to live your life

Gardening is a chore that needs the same attention you give to your child. Sometimes you can leave it alone but it can get ill if not taken care of. Which brings gardeners and landscapers come to the rescue. But what happens if you can’t afford a weekly check up for your plants? You do them on your own and you’re lucky enough if you have someone who has the same passion in gardening like you. Taking care of your plants can go from just a quick fifteen minutes to a whole hour each day. Albeit small and an attainable free time but not ideal for large yards or busy owners.

7. Save more on costs

Plants eat other things apart from the sun. Plants may also require special needs for it to be protected and grow well without being damaged or affected by outside risks. Your water bill might go up high and your mower might need maintenance in the future. These are additional costs that could ask for your unprepared money. Cheap plants exist but maintaining them is a whole ‘nother task. Hiring a gardener or landscaper could cost more in the long run for weekly check ups.
